Exotic Digital Access (E.D.A.) is looking for a professional, responsive, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer & Sales Support Officer.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with clients,
solving problems, and supporting business growth through excellent
communication and service.
In this position, you will serve as the first point of contact
for the company, handling incoming inquiries from clients via WhatsApp,
phone calls, and other communication channels. You will assist
customers with product information, respond to support requests, guide
potential clients through our services, and help convert inquiries into
sales opportunities.
You will also be responsible for
tracking client conversations, updating information in the CRM system,
following up with leads, and ensuring that customer issues are resolved
quickly and professionally. The role requires someone who can manage
multiple conversations efficiently while maintaining a friendly and
professional tone.
We are looking for candidates with
strong communication skills, confidence when speaking with clients, and
the ability to handle both support and basic sales interactions.
Familiarity with digital platforms such as WhatsApp Business, CRM
systems, email communication, and general computer use is important.
Candidates who are organized, proactive, and able to respond quickly to
client needs will perform best in this role.
Minimum qualifications include a KCSE certificate,
with additional training in business, ICT, customer service, or sales
considered an advantage. Previous experience in customer support, call
centers, front desk roles, or sales support will also be beneficial but
is not mandatory.

a critical role in maintaining customer satisfaction and supporting
