Exotic Digital Access (E.D.A.) is seeking ambitious, tech-savvy, and self-driven individuals to join our growing sales team as County Sales Representatives for our POS (Point of Sale) solution. This is a county-based role with flexible fieldwork and remote execution, ideal for individuals passionate about empowering SMEs across Kenya with digital tools.
In this position, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients such as retailers, hardware shops, salons, and other small businesses within your county. You will pitch the E.D.A POS solution, conduct client needs assessments, close sales, and offer ongoing support post-sale. You’ll also be expected to maintain regular performance reporting and, occasionally, represent E.D.A. at county events, expos, or activations.
We’re looking for candidates with strong communication and selling skills, a basic understanding of IT or retail systems, and the ability to manage leads independently. You must be fluent in English and Kiswahili, while additional local dialects are an added advantage. Familiarity with platforms like WhatsApp, Google Workspace, and CRM tools is encouraged.
Minimum qualifications include a KCSE certificate, with a diploma or degree in business, ICT, or marketing preferred. Previous experience in B2B or field sales is a bonus but not required. You must own a smartphone and have reliable internet or mobile data access.
Compensation includes a basic salary of KES 15,000 per month plus performance-based commissions, subject to meeting agreed KPIs. You’ll also receive sales training, digital marketing support, access to a CRM and leads database, and the opportunity to grow into higher-level roles such as territory or product manager within one of Kenya’s most dynamic digital brands.
